About The Heidelberg show on Jan 14th
Dear friends of October Babies, Duende and DragonWagon,
I'm writing with unfortunate news. We were just informed, today, that the Heidelberg has cancelled all scheduled music entertainment in their Club Above. I do not have all the details, but apparently the club owners have rented out their venue to a third party, and entirely changed their programming goals. (despite the fact that the rock club has been booked through June at this point -- even having out of state artists coming to play the club and having by now purchased plane tickets.)

We're terribly disappointed, and apologize to you if you had planned to come out to the show on Thursday. Please help us pass the word about this cancellation.
Rest assured, October Babies are undeterred - our new album is on its way, due Spring 2010, and we are super-excited to share it with you. If we cannot find an local club that we can rely upon, we will find some other way to play.
