Xmas tree and Satchel on the carpet in Erik's mom's living room. (He was sleeping!)We (Erik and Toko) went to PA to celebrate Xmas with his family! And Satchel in NY joined us!!!
Three of us played a song "Silent Night" in Japanese at a church over there together!!
All people whom I met at the church were super nice and friendly! I'm so happy to be there!!

Our next show is January 14th Thursday, @ The Heidlberg, Club Above in Ann Arbor! With Old Empire!!!
We are the opener for the night! So, we'll start playing at 9:30pm!

To me, October Babies is my life joy. Before starting October Babies, music was a way of releasing myself. I just freely sang a song (actually improvised) on my bicycle on my way to school and opened my heart. Sometimes, I screamed, cried, sang, sang, and sang, and finally became happy. By doing so, I made a lot of songs. (One time, one gentleman on the other side of the road worried about me because I screamed...) I could not find any friends who speak in Japanese for two years, so, that was the only way to say something in Japanese too. It became one of my important therapies.
BUT after I met all October Babies members and starting this band, playing music/singing songs became celebration of life! It was amazing change to me... I really really appreciate everyone... including you who are interested in our music!!!!!
We are still just 2 years old babies. (and forever babies!) Please continuously share your happy energies with us! We also want to do so!!!! See you soon!!!!

I can't find any good words to express my feeling... We, October Babies had such a great time in this summer too!!!
Especially, The Jamboree and Rootnanny!!
First of all, my Japanese friends joined us at The Jamboree! Isn't wonderful? They said that they had priceless time in Michigan... I'm so so so happy to hear that... Thank you all for being SO nice to my special friends!!! Thank you, Don and all people...
I wish The Jamboree will come back to Ypsilanti next year too!!!!!
